Beginning with a sage clearing to help release negativity. You will be asked to set your intention for this session. It may be for peace of mind, health, love, abundance or whatever your heart desires at the moment. Your chakras will be annointed with special oils. Then crystals will be placed on your chakras to align and balance your energy. You will then hear the sounds of crystal bowls resonating deep within your cells. You will then have the opportunity to experience your own inner sanctuary and visualize your dreams. You may opt to have a 90 minute treatment which includes a 30 minute massage to prepare your body for the intentions of the mind.
